Did you know that you can turn milk to stone? Ask 3SB how.

During our MasterChef topic this week we looked at changing a liquid(milk) into a solid(stone). By mixing vinegar into warm milk and stirring we were able to separate the casein. This was then strained, and formed into a shape. Through the drying process the casein turned into a solid which was as hard as stone. This […]
