Maths – displaying data using graphs

The Year 5 class have been identifying issues they wish to be involved in, to make the school a better place. They are developing goals similar to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. They then made graphs of this information. They are learning how different charts present data in different ways, and serve different purposes.

Year 5 Camp Meeting

Not long to go now. The Year 5s are getting really excited about going off to camp. We’ve had camp information meetings and chosen cabin buddies (we find out who is in our cabin once we arrive at camp). Everyone is looking forward to the combination of adventure activities and learning at Sovereign Hill!
