Coding with Scratch

Our Year 6 teams have spent some time coding in Scratch. During these sessions, students set a personal goal to work towards and reflected on their success at the end. It was great to hear kids remembering tips and tricks they had learned in previous year and also learn new tips from tutorials.

This week, students brought in their work for our Australian Government project. It has been heaps of fun watching the different types of presentations. Our Journey to Canberra

We set off to Canberra at the start of Week 2 to learn about our Australian Government. We learned heaps of new information and even got to meet the Governor General! Our students represented SKPS beautifully (we got multiple compliments on our behaviour) and we are so proud of each of them.
